In December, the office of tourism in Joue les Tours will be featuring the traditions of an East Ayrshire Christmas and this will then culminate in a Christmas Fayre weekend on the 18th and 19th of December at which they would like musicians to play at various concerts in the church. Please check your emails for more details and reply to Barbara. Numbers able to go would need to be indicated by September, so please give it some thought before the AGM at the end of August when Barbara will have the journey costed out. Indeed could anyone really interested contact Barbara by e mail any time please?

A new venue for some of next season’s rehearsals - The Chapel Hall in Auchinleck. This is located on the Sorn Road just below Auchinleck Academy - see map.

Would any members available on Monday September 20th to play for the Hospice Garden Party which this year is to held at Lochgreen House Hotel Troon please contact Barbara as early as possible?

Would any members available on Saturday September 25th to play at a concert at Auchinleck Chapel Hall please contact Barbara as early as possible?
